Hover over or click the button for a minimized tool to temporarily view or use the tool.
The tool is temporarily displayed until you select another tool.
Then the tool becomes minimized again.
After using the Command History and clicking the button, or moving on to
another too l, the Command History again becomes m inimized as a button
along the left edge.
